Soft washing or pressure washing — which does your house need?

They're not interchangeable, and using the wrong one can damage a surface. We assess the material before we ever turn on a machine.

LOW PRESSURE

Soft Washing

Soft washing uses low water pressure paired with a cleaning solution that breaks down algae, mold, and mildew at the root, not just off the surface. It's the safest method for siding, stucco, and other delicate or painted surfaces, since high pressure can strip paint or force water behind siding.

HIGH PRESSURE

Pressure Washing

Pressure washing relies on high-PSI water alone to physically blast off embedded dirt, oil stains, and grime from surfaces built to take it. It's the right call for hardscapes like pavers and brick, where you need raw force to lift years of buildup out of the pores of the material.

Long Island winters don't go easy on outdoor furniture

Snow load, ice, and salt air off the Sound will rot cushions, rust frames, and crack wicker over a single season if furniture sits exposed. A patio cover or tarp still lets moisture and wind underneath.

Shrink wrap is the same material used to winterize boats — heat-sealed into one solid, waterproof shell with no gaps for snow or ice to get in. It comes off clean in spring, and the furniture underneath looks like it just came off the truck.
